Downtown Construction
« on: March 06, 2012, 08:15:12 PM »
Anyone know what the big high-rise construction project is downtown by the Bradley Center / A-loft hotel area? It is the building being built with the big red cranes.

My roommate and I see it everyday and are not really sure what it is. It looks like condo's but I was hoping to find out for sure.

If you're talking about 3rd and Juneau it is either condos or apartments.   It's called The Moderne and is expected to be done by the end of summer.

Even if they stopped construction now, i think it would be still be considered an improvement from their shipping container/sales office that sat on that corner for years... and years... and years.
