Thanks for the memories and best of luck this year and beyond.  You will always be Warriors!

Markusquette

Biggest thanks!  Two of the toughest warriors and they will certainly be missed.

Norm

Yep, huge kudos to both. And just think, DJO struggled today and only scored 17...

We will miss both these guys tremendously next year.

boyonthedock

god don't make me think about next year. it will be the first year i'm scared about the teams chances since the 3 amigos left. I think that is more of a testament to how huge these two have been for us than anything else, however.

Jamil's progress has me encouraged.
Davante's presence on the block and recovery has me encouraged.
Cadougan's ability to run the point but unable to score at will or when needed has me concerned.

We had Zar...then Jimmy...then Jae...but now who will be the guts from end to end?
DJO was automatic from three and could be counted on for his FTs and breakaways...but who will be the go-to guy?

I hope Taylor is an immediate impact player.

But the smarts and experience will be sorely missed. Next year will be a tough transition year.

2 questions to anyone who attended the game:

1) did a lot of people stick around to listen to the speeches?

2) what was the joke DJO made about Jae not being good with kids? heard it on the radio and it sounded like something you had to see to get...

Shanunu

I'd say probably 3/4 of the people stayed for the speeches. A lot of students left. Stupid students.

There was a little kid that DJO was holding during Jae's speech and then when it was DJO's turn he handed him to Jae, and the kid started crying.

What are you talking about? The entire lower bowl of the students stayed and about half of the upper bowl. We cant go one game without someone complaining about the students.

Goose

They helped build a program and take it to the next level. It takes a lot for me to give standing ovation but they earned it. Two very, very good college basketball players. Next month will determine their place is school history.

only a warrior

Seems like they just got here.  Looking forward to watching them a few more times before the magical mystery tour ends this year ;D ;D

Thanks, guys.   You epitomized senior leadership.

I'm a student btw. I was talking about how 75% of students in the upper deck were gone.

Well said.  Two great players.  Always Warriors.

Lion-chasers.  That's pretty much all that has to be said.

LA

Outstanding players. Incredible competitors. They make me proud to be a part of the MU nation.

Thought the student manager dude was well spoken. His only F up was sayin' Crowder and DJO started the Buzz era 4 years ago. Also thought Jae's piece wasn't bad lookin'. Of course I should clear that with BeeJay first. Nonetheless, F*ckin' would hit that.
