bending rules is one thing, but treason is another issue.

Why wont cheney show his plans for a energy solution in 2001 - did it contain too many maps of Iraq?
Why wont Rove show his emails to the congressional committee - did he ask Gonzales to fire US attorneys that were overzealous about the constitution?
Why does Ashcroft seem like an ACLU lawyer in comparison to Gonzales?
Why is Hailey Burton moving to Dubai after making so much money from taxpayers? Was this in their 10 year plan written by Cheney in 2000?

Oh the irony that you bring up treason....you mean like Harry Reid's recent comments that we've lost the war?  You mean like Nancy Pelosi going to Syria in violation of the Logan Act?   Please mviale....you don't even know what treason is by the examples you just gave.  Giving secrets to the Chinese for campaign donations.  Etc....those would be TREASONOUS.

The examples you just gave are all examples of the Executive Branch exercising it's separation of powers which it is entitled to do...you know, sort of like Travelgate, etc when the Clinton Administration refused to turn over same type of requests...oh the irony.

How does it feel to support a Democrat Congress that has even lower ratings then the President....OUCH.

By the way, as I've said so many times...I support Bush on tax cuts and the war on terrorism.  I can't stand his liberal policies on medicare, immigration, etc.

I"d love to know where the 20% number came.  Last number out last week was 35% with the Democrat Congress at 29%?  Are you making up stuff again Mviale?   ::)

DONG....wrong again.  Not the lowest in the poll's history but keep trying to make stuff up, it's the Philly political way of doing things.  Although after his flirtation with that disaster of a person, Ted Kennedy and the immigration b.s. they're trying to push through, I expect he will ratings will go lower because conservatives will not support this at all (also why McCain should just pull out now, he's dead as a door nail).  Which is exactly why I keep asking why people think Bush is conservative?  He's not and never has been.

Those DemocRAT Congressional numbers are OUTSTANDING...and why haven't they solved the gas prices yet...they promised.  LOL

trouble is congress as a whole always has low numbers, but people love their own legislature. Like mine - Barbara lee and Nancy Pelosi.  However, Georgie is replacing Jimmy Carter as the biggest disaster.

Right.  It would be humanly impossible to replace Jimmy Carter as worst ever.

Gave away the Panama Canal
Double digit Unemployment
Double digit Interest Rates
Gas lines as long as the eye could see
Iran holding US citizens hostage for 444 days
Supporting the Ayatollahs to take over Iran from the Shah which has helped lead to the incredible rebirth/rise of Islamic militism in the last 30 years
The US is such bad straits ....  bad, bad times.  Some thought we would never recover.  Thank you Reagan!!!

What a disaster on so many levels...and he did all this in just 4 years before getting waxed at the ballot box.

Just drawing parallels to some of your reasons...

Right.  It would be humanly impossible to replace Jimmy Carter as worst ever.

Double digit Unemployment
Post Vietnam War years. Soldiers come back to jobs that are not there anymore or bump others out. Probably won't happen after Iraq (if we EVER get out), but won't be surprised it if will as off-shoring jobs continues to occur.

Double digit Interest Rates
A direct result of spending on the War? Maybe, maybe not. But how much have we spent on this war alone? Sounds fair: Reupblicans make the mess, Dems have to deal with it and get hammered.

Gas lines as long as the eye could see
We weren't drilling enough! LOL! Again, the Middle East holding our balls than as is now. But we're a tad bit wiser: lose the gas guzzler, embrace alternative technologies/fuels. Technology is on our side this time.
