I pick DJO today.  Great games from all the others.  Nice to see Jamail hitting from out too!

Badgerhater

DJO with a special nod to Jones for hitting the two 3 pointers at a key time.

ErickJD08

DJO has a great game and some amazing plays. Jae seemed to make a bunch of hustle plays and plays at ket times.

I'll go with Jae

Jae. His battle in the trenches against Gates and others was key.  He did a bit of everything.

rocky_warrior

Gotta go with Jae for the best line, but really everyone played well today...

Jae: 23pts, 6reb, 4ast, 2stl, 2blk

Markusquette

Good point guys.  I think it's really a toss-up since Jae was doing everything as usual and Darius was making some great plays on offense.

nyg

DJO in first half was just amazing.  Some of his transition baskets were NBA material.

Jae had his usual second half sensation and Vander had 14 points and 7 rebounds.

Based upon MU's early crapout and DJO taking MU back, I go with DJO.

PGsHeroes32

I'm going DJO with this one. He had some key And 1s in the second half when Cincy was trying to make a run. Also like his 5 assits.

ATL MU Warrior

Boy, so many to choose from...DJO as he was a man on fire when we were building the lead.

chapman

DJO.

Mac splits it between DJO, Crowder, and Blue.

GGGG

I voted Jae...but I'm glad we have gotten to the point where a 14/7/4 game by Vander is a quiet game.

MattyWarrior

DJO and Jae are on a mission, and the rest of the team played pretty well in a good groove

You guys can keep voting for DJO, but you're going to be disappointed when I make it Jae instead.  So...do the right thing :)

muwarrior97

I voted for Jae but lots of love for all the J-Bros....DJO, Jamil, Junior

Eh, either one works. Don't think that anyone can complain with either choice. I voted for DJO, but could have just as easily clicked Jae.

Some weeks I start a poll if I'm undecided.  I didn't start the poll this week :)

Actually, I vote for Jae, but not for his stats or anything while he was on the court...I vote for him because of that brief (luckily) stretch in the second half after he picked up his third foul and went to the bench. The offensive completely stagnated, the defense gave up a couple of bunnies and the lead shrank (slightly). Jae came back in and calmed things down. Vote for Jae.

Way to open the debate even more eintstein. DJO went to the bench with him.

Great game all around.  Jae gets the tiebreak from me for standing in and taking the charge on barrelling behemoth Cheek Mudge.  Also, great sportsmanship by Jae.

I thought this whole thread was a debate, though I appreciate being compared with 'eintstein' (sic).

I believe that Jae had a bigger impact on the game, and so I vote for him as STOG.

You based your initial reasoning off the fact the team struggled without him. In reality the team struggled without both it's top two guys.

Is there anyone who did NOT deserve a stud award today - I mean even the subs.

How huge were Jamail's two treys.  I mean, once they couldn't leave him alone it opened everything up.  Not Stud of the Game of course.

Even though I believe Jae should have been given two earlier on votes, and was close this time, I give it to DJO in a close one just because I thought him taking it at their defense changed the entire tone of the game.

The www.valueaddsports.com analysis of basketball, football and baseball players are intended to neither be too hot or too cold - hundreds immerse themselves in studies of stats not of interest to broader fan bases (too hot), while others still insist on pure observation (too cold).
