not to beat up a dead horse here or anything, but i've been watching jerrone a little and he's doing o.k.   BUT, he left here in a snitt b/c daddy thought he should be a 1. sits out a year, passes his bowling class(es)  doesn't play much in his 1st year at a 4(127 min. in 14 games)goes through a coaching change.  and now he's still a 4, but playing pretty good at 11.4 and 7.6  reb. he played more here at mu his freshman year(147 min. in 9 games)  we could probably use him here at a 4 too, BUT, what was the snitt really about?  he's still not a 1(as daddy insisted), playing for a mediocre team, at a mediocre school, 700 miles away studying bowling and playing basketball.     just wondering...

What's to say that hasn't been said?  If Jeronne's dad doesn't act like a doofus, he's starting at the 4 in 20 minutes against Pitt and Jae Crowder is elsewhere.

no, that's cool.  but why would daddy suddenly lay off?  did he get religion?  someone take him out?  i realize we have jae now and that is definitely a good thing to come out of this. i'm surprised a reporter hasn't stuck a mic in daddy maymon's face to see how he's doing

obviously you cared enough to dig up an old family guy clip you were just dying to use some where lab.  i was just inquiring and thought maybe someone had some interesting info.  i am glad to see j.m is settled in and getting some p.t and making the best of it.  honestly, i think he could be helping us some with the right attitude minus the daddy.  he's got the big eaqst body going and that you cannot teach
