Both Green and Hibbert declared for the draft, how ever neither is signing with an agent so there is only a potential for a huge loss

Don't they have two McD's AAs coming in?  The loss of Green and Hibbert is great, but I think they are reloading nicely (after having 1, I think (Macklin) last year).
