On the NIKE website where you can vote for your team's t-shirt they have a picture of the shoe and next to it a button that says "Buy It".  The shoe doesn't appear in the list of shoes that pops up, however, the shoe was just released today.

Not that I've seen.  They have a pic of them on the Nike site, but I haven't been able to find them anywhere.  Clicking on the pick, like Titan said, just takes you to their catalog as of this morning.
