General question for anyone who has gone to Madison for this game in the past,

Do the prices of tickets drop while it gets closer to game time outside of the stadium?

It looks like right now, on stubhub and craigslist uppers are going for 45-60ish.  I'm guessing that will come down once it gets closer to game time?  Any chance of getting corners/sideline tickets on the 1st or 2nd levels for under $100?

Thanks in advance.

I never bought outside, so I cannot answer your question that way.  But I would expect that if the Badgers make the Leaders & Legends Title Game in hopes of winning the Alonzo Stagg formerly also known as the Joe Paterno Trophy, there may be more of a glut of tickets available.  Reducing the price.

You can see if Tim Maymon has any extra's.

Belly laugh of the day. Thank you.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

I have always seen tickets available outside the kohl center when MU played. This year if UW makes the football conference championship expect to see more tickets available since they would play on the same date.

As far as pricing the ticket prices did go down close to game time, this year both teams will be ranked and that may firm up prices a bit. But as stated above if UW makes their conference football championship there will be alot more BB tickets available.

Speaking of games involving UW, I got an email yesterday from UWM since I bought tickets to the Marquette game last year.  It was a standard "hey, tickets are available in singles/packages/whatever" email, but what jumped out at me was the single game ticket sentence. It said that there were tickets available for every game, including Wisconsin at the Cell.

So, of course I looked this up.

And sure enough, there's bunches and bunches of tickets available.

Weird, right?

One more win for Badgers football, and the bottom falls out of the UW-MU ticket market.

It's comical the prices UW holders are looking for compared to what is actually selling... from what I see on craigs, stub, ebay, and brokers, the supply is quite high right now already.  If UW beats PSU, prices will fall to face for uppers... we should have more blue and gold in the Kohl than ever before.

Oh, and I still couldn't bring myself to root for the Badgers today at U of I.
