Won't be facing Marquette in an DePaul uniform even if he gets his grades together.

QuoteDePaul freshman Macari Brooks withdrew from the program after the NCAA found him ineligible to play with the Blue Demons, the school announced Thursday afternoon.

There's more but that's plenty.

Just when it looked like DePaul may finally be getting it together with some good incoming talent, they have now lost I believe 4 players due to transfers, injuries (including a season ending injury during their version of Madness) and now ineligibility. Brutal.

They've lost two other players to injury for the year, including one forward who was expected to start.  I believe that they are down to nine healthy scholarship players now.  They're still far better off than St. John's which is down to seven recruited players.  (One walk on from last year was also given a schollie, so they technically have eight scholarship players.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.
