I just noticed this watching the video but right at the 1:17 mark Vander is hitting a ball tied up to a chain but that is the ball they were using to pull the weight. I wonder if this is to strengthen their grip on the ball.. Maybe some kind of muscle memory tactic?

Great video. My only minor beef is with the progression of the edits. The players are on the bus apparently coming from the Bradley Center or the airport. Wouldn't it be better if the bus was heading the other way (towards the BC or Mitchell)? Likewise, would've liked more game footage towards the end of the video.

The best one IMHO was the 2009 video (Yes, better than the "Pray" video), but this year's is a solid entry in a series that I look forward to at the beginning of each season.

I was kind of bored on iMovie a few nights ago and decided to cut out the work out parts of the video and the highlights and made a short little parody of the video. To me, I honestly thought it could have been an ad for Beat by Dre. After you watch this ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CQ6wsd95Rt4 ) maybe you'll get the same idea.
