The man did not use a weapon but kept one hand near his waistband as if he had a weapon, police said. He protected his hands with the long sleeves of a light green or light blue shirt, which covered a dark T-shirt with the letters "MU" on the front.

You mentioned police but didn't elaborate.  Is this guy supposed to be the victim or the suspect?  The real crime here is the ugly (and probably unlicensed) MU shirt he's wearing. 

Full-size screen-printed logos... yuck.  He's probably just pissed off that Walgreens sold him such a crappy shirt.
Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.
