Showalter, who dreamed of fillin' it up for Bucky has turned down schollies to accept a preferred walk-on spot with Bo.

GGGG

Brainwashed?

Calculated risk.  He gets to play big time ball, and has a chance to earn a scholarship like a lot of their walk-on have.  And just has to pay in-state tuition.

Too bad for us, though probably similar to Jake Thomas coming to Marquette, in terms of player quality and ability to get a scholarship at a mid-major.

Did I really need teal?  I guess so.   With his Dad playing for Bo, there was little chance for us with him.  He was taught from 2 yrs old to hate the "Catolics"

He's going to Nebraska? I thought he was walking on at Wisconsin.

Steve was a teammate of mine at Platteville. He use to wear a flattop haircut, and I referred to him all the time as Tom Copa. Steve doesn't dislike Marquette, but he is very loyal to Bo. He was Bo's first All American, and a member of Bo's first  conference championship team. He also stayed on a year or two as a coach once he graduated.

Good luck to Zak!

Cornell?  I thought the ivy league thing was tongue-in-cheek.
