Ive been coming to the conclusion that if you are in a major conference, but at the bottom of the conference (not MU, just saying), get a long-term recognizable coach who was just cut from their team, and you will do fine, look at Kansas St now... and watch Minnesota in 3 years.  Tubby Smith in my mind is going to shake things up in the Big Ten
