No Mayo, Lazar, Butler?

Others would be Novak, McNeal, James and Diener.

Didn't go last year at all, are they worth checking out?

MU B2002

With the lockout isn't butler currently unsigned?  Without a contract in hand would it be safe for him to play and risk injury?

Mayo won't be on campus until probably second semester while he awaits the clearing house. Butler doesn't have a contract, and with the lockout, I'm sure the Bulls would not appreciate him playing and risk getting injured. Same with Lazar. The Twolves just picked up his option so he's going ot be getting some good bling from them, and I'm sure they want to protect their investment.

Whoa, wait a minute.  Second semester?  Do you mean second summer session?

Makes sense.  Their presence would help lift the talent pool though.

Team Scion Dental is loaded.  Matthews, Cadougan, Nankivil, and Otule.  They have got to be the early favorite to win it all.

I believe the second summer session starts this coming Tuesday.  Is he allowed to come to campus even if he doesn't make it in time to enroll in Summer classes?

Nankivil, Keaton on team 1.

I thought those Badgers were highly discouraged from playing in this league.

I went to it every day, last season.

We would have already known that if you put it in your 'signature' !

Is Keaton still a member of the Badgers team?  No.

And don't overlook Trend Blackledge. This is the kind of event he can really shine in. That team will be a lot of fun to watch with WesMat and Caddy running the show, Otule providing beef in the middle, and Trend throwing it down.

Team RYCO also looks pretty good. TJ Bray and Jerry Smith in the backcourt with Crowder and Barro up front.

Jerry Smith was signed up last season and never showed up. I know he was in Las Vegas for the NBA summer league.

It is kind of like the NCAA tournamnet. MU played three games, but made round four. I think you mean Mayo will make the thrid summer session, as I believe the second one is starting now.

Just talked to IWB (currently on the road). He said:

1. He is still working on some surprise additions to the rosters;

2. A handful of players will miss the first weekend due to Fitz' wedding.

He should be there. The NBA canceled their Summer Leagues.

I believe he can be on campus taking classes and can participate in some limited basketball activities, but he has to pay his own way.  Once he's cleared he can get reimbursed.

im sure oj can help for the time being until being reimbursed

Rosters continue to be updated as players come in - I need to adjust to try to keep teams even.

Team Scion Dental may be the early favorite, but Wes will be gone the first weekend and Trend will not be back from overseas yet. Jerry Smith will be playing, but he to will not return to these United States until week 2.

Guys like Jimmy, Travis, Steve, Jerel - guys trying to get an NBA contract, too big of a risk. Dominic is recovering from an injury.

Lazar - spoke to him a few days ago. He will be splitting time over the summer between LA and Milwaukee, will try to work it out so he can play but not sure about when.

Some great late adds like former DePaul stars Quemont Greer & Draelon Burns... other standouts like Avery Smith, Miles McKay are much better than they were two years ago, some of these guys have really been turning it on overseas. It will be a different year with the location change as well as the move to 10 teams - more players, more games, more action.
