What are the "Hot Spots" for sightings, and gathering gossip on campus

I look for WiFi hotspots to use my lap top.
With all the recent new user postings of sightings, rumors, and gossip on campus...I am curious where are the campus hotspots for sightings and rumors.

Is it best to stand by the Joan of arc walkway crossroads, is there a video feed of security cameras, do you gravitate to a group of beer drinkers at a corner table, or do you leave your camera phone on all the time, hoping to take a snap of the latest? Are there gossipy professors, or administrators? Does Betty the bureaucrat in some department, whos always smoking outside tell her fellow smokers the latest dirt?

My "Hot Spot" on campus was the third floor bathroom in raynor right next to the tolkien collection.  That handicap stall was like a palace.
