On this wise voluntary action... Have optimism on the  investigation/prosecution results due in mid May, and on MU's defense of possible civil claims. Smart tact by the school. I'd prefer, however not to elaborate, further.

Presuming the wisn expectation of no charges in either case, of today(in the other thread--NYWarrior--ty), this action by the school, of a few weeks ago, appears to have been a wise move, as we guessed then.

I agree houwarrior, it seemed to be a reaction to the accusations. Erik Williams transfer was probably not the result of a player being punished for this event like some people may be ready to think, he just was not going to get many minutes next year.

If he was going to ever able to play due to shoulder rehab.
