Here's a decent woot-off checker that refreshes every 5 seconds.. also updates the title bar (and tab bar if you're in a tabbed browser like FireFox) so you don't really need it open to monitor.

ended yesterday with a shameless promo for the new shirt.woot.com.. woot-off was eh this time.. got a meat thermometer for cheap but no BOCs were in the lineup.. missed a few things I might have sprung for.. what really kills me is today's woot.. ugh.. I would have sprung for that like a toad on a fly.  Logitech Harmony 880 Advanced Universal Remote $79.99.. refurb but an awesome deal as the remotes usually go for well over $200.  I have one of the earlier models and love it.. have been thinking of upgrading sooomeday for a rechargable version like this.. they were all gone by 3am.. geez.. darn mountain and west coast time zone

interesting.. but the thing with woot is that it tends to be geeky stuff or tools.. this place has a whole gamut of stuff.. one something was a pink babydoll to illinois..  their FAQ says "You can be a 25 year-old man and your something maybe a white tank top embroidered with a pink heart. We won't know so we can't match."

still intriguing and may consider trying it but I worry about getting a package of nail polish samples.
