One could posit Buzz took a late flier on Mbao and opened it back up after he proved not to be high major.

I'm hoping we hold the last scholarship until 2012. I usually agree with not banking one, but with guys like Poythress, Stokes, and Cleare all showing interest, I like our odds of getting one of them. I wouldn't mind Bryant, but I'm just not sure he'll be the impact guy one of those three would be. We're pretty deep for 2011-12 as is.

I too hope, and believe, that Buzz banks the last scholarship.  Slim pickins' in the 2011 class remain.  The class of 2012 needs a big/inside player.  We lose Crowder and the current class is lacking in height.

Some wanted a transfer or project to redshirt.  Think of it this way, we got Taylor and he is redshirting - just at a JUCO, instead.
