Isn't he the idiot who pickd us for the FF right before we lost to NDST?  I think that he's just covering his ass.  I can't ever call a 9 beating an 8 as the "biggest disappointment in the tourney".  How about Duke? Maryland? ND?

Yes, he is the idiot, and yes, he is most likely just covering his ass, but to his defense, we weren't even competitive in our game.

Are you guys insane? Covering his ass? We didn't score for the first 10 minutes of our game. I'd say that's a disappointment. I can't think of a single team that played worse than we did. Not one.

As for Clark Kellogg "looking at Davis" funny, wasn't he predicting Albany would take Virginia to the cleaners?

We looked very bad for the first 10 minutes of that game and it was very disappointing but check out the Doyle article on Illinois.  

His comment about message boards is priceless but more to the point, he rips everyone at Illinois, right or wrong.  The AD sounds like a real tool.  

We can rip on MU for a lot of things if we want but we do recruit very solid students and if they step out of line they are shown the door.  Also,  you never see our administration act the way the Illinois AD acts.  Screaming at players and calling them idiots is completely unacceptable.

I love this. Davis is one of the biggest Crean supporters around. Is that what you're referring to? Or are you just referring to the fact that he (correctly) called the whipping we took as disappointing?

Seth was right - the way MU played was a major disappointment.  Besides, anytime he says something about MU, there is a post here 30 seconds later.  Not really sure why y'all care so much what he says if he truly is just an "inconsistent jerkweed".

Certainly  we are disappointed with the first 10 minutes, but the guys were competetive thereafter.  Now, Stanford with its twin towers was the real disappointment.  They were down by 29 or 31 pints with about 9 miunutes to go in the 1st half against Louiville.  Thats beyond disappointing.  Thats just sinfully terrible.  Sorry, but Seth was wrong.  And, anyone who does not believe that MU would have done significantly better with a healthy McNeal just does not get it.  Yeah, MU lost some February road games with him before he got hurt.  but, they were competetive except when he was in foul trouble against G-Town and ND.
