We got our butts beat by a 9 seed that knew our coach and our playbook like the back of their hand...Wisconsin is getting their @sses handed to them right now by a 15 seed.

Quite frankly, I don't care about my bracket anymore...this proves that Marquette basketball is the only basketball that matters in Wisconsin.

What it really proves is that good teams can sometimes struggle in the absence of a key player ... a fact that appears to have completely escaped the anti-Crean crowd.

Crean doesn't deserve a pass on last night's effort, but it certainly wasn't a fire-able offense given the circumstances.

Well.....I don't even really disllike the Badgers....but somehow...their performance is making me feel better.  The same with ND.  Maybe it is due to the fact that about 40% of the people I work with are alum's of those two universities.

UW did a great job controlling tempo in the last few minutes. If TA&M CC can get off to a good start in the 2nd half, they can win. Me thinks they'll have to create some distance though and try to wear UW out.

CBS needs to have their rights to broadcast the tournament revoked.  In Milwaukee, they take us away from the ND-Winthrop game with 75 seconds left and it's a one point game to show commercials and ultimately to take us back to the beginning of the second half of the badger game.  Horrible, horrible work.  I'm livid.

Edit: Apparently Winthrop went on a run during the commercials.  Up 6 when they came back with 30 seconds left.  I would have liked to see what happened.

I know, I looked it up too.  They just do a horrible job of coverage in my opinion.  I was forced to watch a 12 point game with 90 seconds left while another game was a three point game with less than a minute left in OT.

Oh well.  Too bad the badgers won.
