Butler held Holloway to 1 of 9 shooting and their leading scorer was a guy who averaged two points a game.  Without turnovers MU really blows them out.

That figure proves that Parrish is a total clown with no inside information at all.  If either of those programs is prepared to offer 3 million they can get anybody they want.  That is the kind of money Kent offered Dovonan and as I recall he was coming off 2 National Titles.  Buzz just won his second NCAA tourne game.

The guy who I ran into knows a thing or two about what's happening in the coaching ranks. He told me that he didn't think Buzz Williams would take the OU job. Even though the Marquette coach is the guy at the top of everybody's list, the Sooners might not be the only ones eying him.

A couple of openings in the Southeastern Conference could be more enticing in both stature and salary.

Right now, Arkansas is the only SEC program with an opening, but after Tennessee's 30-point loss Friday, you have to wonder if the Vols might be in need of a new coach soon.

The salary might be as much as $3 million, and hey, if that's what someone's willing to offer Williams, it's hard to believe the Sooners will be able to match it.

I am as big a Buzz supporter you'll find, but 3mill for him is crazy, that puts him at what...3rd highest paid coach in the NCAA.  I don't know, but for that kind of money i would think you could lure some bigger names.

Very Faulty info.

USA Today, (in jan. 2010) for 2009-10, did a Total compensation review, when Buzz made only $400k, and it did a breakdown....Bill Self made $10 mill. (incl $7mil bonus) Coach K made 4million...........do you assume in the above listing, Duke cut him by $3mill/yr since then?

Buzz got a MU raise for 2010-2011, not reflected in the aged report of USA Today.....given the database comparisons, he may deserve another from us, soon.
