In the CAA semi-finals with 6 minutes to go. If VCU can pull it out, that puts another team into the at large pool that will likely make the tournament.

EDIT: Down 12....just under 4 to go

I would take the Rick SLU program right now.

Hopefully old dominion bears them in the championship so there isn't astolen bid.

I look at George Mason's record and don't understand why they would get an at large bid. Pretty Pathetic schedule IMO

Clam Crowder

Is George Mason's quality win Northern Iowa?

JamilJaeJamailJrJuan

79-63 VCU win.

If Old Dominion wins the CAA championship, there are no problems. If VCU or Hofstra (Old Dominion's opponent today) wins the tournament, it is likely that both ODU and George Mason will receive at large bids.

Reasons why if we don't start winning, we aren't in.  Mason is a classic bid thief.  Again, 9-9, 14 losses looks really bad right now.

26-6 record
RPI of 25

The committee will likely put them in.

I agree, but here are 8 reasons why we'll be fine:

Last 4 in:
Michigan State
Boston College
Virginia Tech
Colorado

First 4 Out:
Alabama
Georgia
USC
Baylor

On top of that Lunardi also released his 4 teams who just avoided the play in. We arnt on that either. So we are ahead of atleast 8 teams that are currently "in"
Lazar picking up where the BIG 3 left off....
