He was never on the bubble in year 3 at Vandy, though he did sneak into the NIT that year. In year 4, when the team became completely his and he had 4 classes on board, he was 11-18, 3-13 in conference. He's made the NCAA 4 times in 11 years. His last two trips to the tourney he was a 4 seed. Lost to a 13th seed (Morehead State?) last year and was routed by 13th seeded Sienna (by 21) 3 years ago.

Compare apples to apples.  Did Stallings walk into what Buzz did?  Nope.  Did Crean?  Nope.

I'll be at the game tonight cheering on Marquette but hoping Buzz gets fired (just think how stupid that sounds but it's the idea you espouse Lenny)

And why are you using Vandy...that wasn't his first rodeo.  Illinois State was.  He improved them his first 4 years before bolting after his 5th year to take Vandy
