Only Two Refs?

I didn't notice it until the end of the second half, but there were only two officals on the court. Was it like that the whole game? Where was the third?

The announcers explained multiple times that the third ref was out with an injury.  Calf , I think.


Sheesh - tape it up and get back in the game, ref!
