Either kick him off or unleash me. 

Freedom of speech only applies for the Government, not you.  You can do what you want and leaving a cancer like him on this board will make the experience for the rest of us all the worse.

It's easier when people cross the obvious line with bad language or spam .. harder when it's other stuff.  One personal attack doesn't get you banned, but the 8th one probably does.   We try to give people a LOT of rope.

NMB was "just" a very negative poster .. we've been watching carefully.  Of course, that builds up to being a cancer that takes away from the enjoyment of the board by too many .. finally, a mod has enough and pulls the trigger.

That happened about an hour ago.

We try not to ban someone just because they are a jerk. We'd rather have more intelligent posters refute them and show everyone just how big of a jerk they are without resorting to personal attacks. Although the jerks are sometimes able to stick around for a while, they eventually break the rules and are banned. And yes, NMB was executed.
