I'll be in Palos Heights for a 2 day volleyball tournament this weekend and my roommate lives in Naperville so I was hoping to find a place that I could go to watch the game between Palos Heights and Naperville.  Any suggestions?

drive into or take the metra into the city and go to The Playground

You do realize Palos Heights is about 45 min from Naperville, right?  If you're looking to meet someplace in the middle, find a spot near Oakbrook/Lombard.  There's a Champs.  There's Taylor Brewing Company and Rock Bottom.

Downtown Naperville has a few spots (either the Lantern or Jimmy's), but you're probably looking to sweet talk a bartender into giving you sound.  There are Buffalo Wild Wings on the outer edges of Naperville for the game.

Seriously, though.  If you and/or your roommate are already getting in a car and driving 20 min, what's another 20-25 min to drive to the Playground?  Traffic won't be any trouble at noon on a Sat.

Um...is the Playground the new name of the Schoolyard....cuz I thought that was the Marquette bar...

If your definitely staying south and not going into the city, this place is closer to Palos Heights than Naperville: Tilted Kilt   6401 W 95th St  Chicago Ridge, IL 60415  708 857 8300 http://chicagoridge.tiltedkilt.com/   It is similar to Hooters but with better talent and more TV's,  but I'm not sure you'll get sound for the game unless you sit at the bar.

Not sure, but ZFB always talks about having a great time at the playground.  Must be a fetish bar because he says the best part is that lots of the girls are in diapers.

Thanks for all of the suggestions.  I'll have to see what works out best but I appreciate it.
