He Failed Bolwing?

If you can't pick up the 7-10 split by the end of the term, you can't pass.  He should have known that going in.

I think he may have missed the 'Scoping out Seven-Eleven 101' class that has some former Tennessee players as guest lecturers.

Says he passed all his courses...hmmmm....with a NCAA report pending in December I thought...loss of scholies coming?

tower912

he could always make the grade up on-line.    Score over 200 on Wii bowling and you pass?

QuoteMaymon, who transferred to UT last year from Marquette, said he was told he couldn't get cleared because UT is still within an academic window where grades can be changed.

"They told me that, but I've got e-mails from all of my teachers saying nothing will be added or subtracted from any of my grades,'' Maymon said. "They gave me their home numbers and everything if anyone wants to ask.

"I got up at 6:30 this morning to meet with my (academic) advisor to see what could be done, but apparently someone is dead-set against me playing tomorrow (Saturday).''

The Lens

This is what happens when you play Men's Basketball at a Football (& Women's Hoops) School.  They find a way for Peyton (and Tee Martin).  They don't need to go crazy for any male Hoops player.

Always liked Jeronne's game.  Hope he sees the court soon.

I told you guys bowling was a bitch. Maybe he can do some extra credit or take an online course or something.

Well, he wasn't going to be eligible until the first day after the end of the term, so technically, he could be eligible today. (last day of exams was Thursday). However, that assumes that all the administrative mumbo-jumbo goes seamlessly. That's a tough beat, but not unheard of.

He Failed Bolwing?
He didn't fail bowling - he just refused to participate anymore. Something about not being given the #2 spot on the bowling team like he was promised...out of position...best chance to it to the PBA...blah blah blah. Not really sure what the whole story was - I just heard his dad screaming something about it at the snack bar window.

He couldn't properly grip the ball with his thumb up his ass.
