I like Rome. At least he does things differently and outside the cookie cutter mold. If you listen to his show with the expectation that it's about 20% sports and 80% entertainment, it's pretty funny.

That certainly ranks up there as well but not as painfully malignant as Around the Horn. Who came up with the idea for that show? Why in the love of God is it still on? It amazes me whenever I flip stations and run into it that they have ANY viewership.

ATH was the lead in for PTI -I liked that show- Rome was always awful but my college roommates liked it.

If only 20th Century would put the effort and money into FSN that it does into Fox News. -Not to get political or anything but there is such a stark contrast in the quality of programing, and content on those two networks.

All this talk about Dana jacobsen and we forgot to put first take/ cold pizza on the list of crappiest sports shows ever.  Her and the male anchor botch interviews, segments, can't read teleprompters, and have contributors on that show who can't put sentences together.  Not only is it horrible, but they run it back to back, taking up 4 hours of time

well, we played on a neutral court and they played at Cameron. huge difference.

Agreed that a road performance always trumps a neutral but coming into the season, and perhaps still, most experts had MSU as the second best team in the country right behind Duke.

That said, it probably equals out having the #2 team play #1 tough on the road and a middle of the pack, unranked team play #1 tough on a neutral court.

Dan Lebatard is the worst person on ESPN.  He isn't funny.  He isn't smart.  I hate that ESPN thought they needed a Miami voice so frequently after James signed with the Heat.  Wilbon was so much smarter than he was when Lebatard filled in for Cornheiser on PTI.  Not good TV.
