I hate when people say this but I am going to anyway we are not that far out of this game. Just make our open shots and then we could be there. Duke is playing like they think they are a ton better than us, and that will hurt them.

So if DJO hit a couple shots we would be in the game?

Duke look very good. It's been respectable though. DJO makes some of his shots and we're definitely in this game. But there's no chance we can win without DJO coming up big in the 2nd half.

1. That's all they can draw up off the inbound?
2. DJO obviously needs to get it going
3. Otule really looking poor, but glad to have his extra fouls to keep the heat off Jae and Ox
4. Does Singler ever miss?
5. WAY too many TO's

-But on the bright side-

1. DG is the real deal. Looking really good and what a breath of fresh air to see that down low.
2. JB is unreal and is playing at the level he will need to
3. JC looking really good. I would think he is seriously answering the pg questions. Looks like he belongs

DJO 0 for 8, with four wide open misses from three.  Enough of the NBA talk.  Terrible.

Gardner is way better than Otule, but can he going up and down the court for extended period.

Junior should have just won the PG position.

This could have been real close at halftime, but.....

Duke is very good, has size, guard quickness and Singler can certainly shoot.

agree 100%... we are one step behind on defense.  Altogether, the only area I am disappointed in is with DJO's open shot percentage... Other than that, keep it up. Junior is playing great.

I don't know what to think about djo.

He just needs to see a few shots go in..all in his head now...which is NOT GOOD.  Hope he gets a few to fall..think they will come in bunches once they do..

if DJO can't make a three point shot(which he cannot) then he needs to drive to the hoop and get some fouls called on the other team.

He seems slow this year and his defense is somewhat sloppy.

DJO is a headcase now.  He had open threes - which was tought to get in our first 4 games - and he missed.  He needs to get the cobwebs out of his head, and feed his brain at half time wwith some positive vibes.

Gardner is playing great - filled the lane up under the basket once which caused a turnover.  Love this kid.

Junior - great pass to Bulter, looking good.

If DJO was hitting his normal percents from last year - we are tied.

Perimeter D is absent.  Got a little better last coupel of minutes.

We are playing tough, are not afraid of Duke and we are working very hard.  Hope Buzz can make some half time adjustments here.

I'd like to see a quick little run by us to start the half.
