This story should be made into a book.

I think it should be made into cliff notes.  Care to summarize for me?

Auburn's Board of Trustees was being run by a bank owner and his cronies(personal lawyer and others that his bank loaned money to). The bank went under and they had received tarp money which led to the FBI investigating the mess. One of the cronies owns gambling institutions and is accused of buying votes that enable his gambling enterprise. FBI was tapping phone lines and came across info. related to Cam Newton recruitment. FBI disclosed this to NCAA but told them to sit on it for 6 months until they had completed their operation. Players were being paid through trusts, PACS and the casino. Players received ATM cards, access to fixed gaming machines that house lost on.............. The corruption is incredible and you couldn't make this stuff up. It's an interesting read with lots of characters but it takes a while to read.

Wow - thanks.  That is quite the story - I just wasn't sure if I'd be interested thinking it was just "everyday BCS / NCAA corruption".  Perhaps it is, but that's pretty crazy.

Someone is going to have to pay me $20 before I commit to reading this.
I'll take $10 upfront, the next $5 when I'm halfway through and the final $5 when I finish.

You can text me with your offers.

I thought the title was complication and thought this was real...I was really confused why this wasn't on ESPN.
