Very interesting segment on hydroponics and new age organic farming.  MU alum Peter Sandroni, owner/chef of Le Merenda, is featured in this piece from NBC Nightly News from last evening.

This is right across the street from my condo in bayview.  I always wondered what these hippies were up to; thought they were growing a different type of plant!
