Just a guess...but the parents/guardians have to sign the NLI. It could just be a matter of getting the Pony Express to get the paperwork from Connecticut to Alaska to Milwaukee.

It's on it's way now.  They used express service, more sled dogs for faster delivery.

the guy just commited even if they sent the stuff up there next day delivery and next day back he would not have it yet.  prolly be faxed in later this week.  my guess.
