URI at Pitt
« on: November 05, 2010, 02:46:31 PM »
URI almost beat duke at Cameron a couple of years ago. They also shouldve beat UNC in the NIT last year, but there was a questionable call late. I could see URI giving Pitt some trouble in this one

jHags- I agree. I love URI and am a big fan of them. They have had good, solid teams the past couple of years and they can compete with anyone in the country. They gave Pitt a run for their money.

I remember the Duke game very well where Jimmy Baron was making everything he took. He was such a great 3 pt shooter.

Oh no doubt ATWizJr...The Friars backcourt is promising for the future, but they have no scorers besides Brooks who is not much of a scorer himself.
