It's just preseason, but nice to see him in the headline.  If you go to ESPN's NBA main page, he is the headline there too.

Brewtown Andy

Led the team in minutes played, too. That's encouraging.

Wade for President

We are all incredibly bias, but I still believe that Steve would be the reigning 3 point contest champion if given a chance.  It's so incredibly rare to see a shooter with his size and  high release point.  Hope his performance further solidifies his chance at getting a roster spot.

Albeit a preseason game, but that was Novak's best game in an NBA career (sans his game winner to keep Houston's winning streak going back in the day).

Didn't he compete in a three point contest while at Marquette?  I recall he did pretty well, but did not win it.  Anyone remember?

If I recall he won the Men's NCAA 3 point shootout his senior year, but then went head to head with the female winner and lost.

At the college three point shootout / dunk contest this year that Lazar was in they showed the greatest moments of the decade in the event.  Number one was Novak draining a record number of threes.

You're right Hoops - now I remember that.
