A few updates on kids Marquette has been mentioned with...

Rutgers gets a commitment from NJ PG Myles Mack today.  Mike Rice getting kids left and rice.. Malick Kone last week, Kaddem Jack and Mack this week.

Non-qualifier Luke Cothron now headed to UMASS.  Tony Mitchell not eligible to play this year at Mizzou.

PG Naadir Tharpe, who is at Brewster and will again have a highly, highly talented team this season, was going to visit Rutgers this weekend.  That visit is reported to have been cancelled.  Tharpe does have another visit on his schedule - Minnesota in two weeks, when the USC Trojans and their head coach from the Twins Cities come into town for a football game.

Mike Rice is doing a solid job...so far.  We'll see how he does over the next 5 years.  Good guy, very fun to work with when he was at MU in the late 1990's.
