Big East Tourney format to remain unchanged
               



Just received word from the Big East office that the much-discussed format of the league tournament -- namely having all 16 teams participate and beginning play at Madison Square Garden on Tuesday rather than Wednesday -- will remain the same for the 2010-'11 season.

Buzz proposed a 16 team bracket (good idea Buzz), but the Presidents didn't like that.
