Excellent stuff!  His article from the Final Four week still gives me goosebumps / misty eyes every time I read it.

Rushin's column, for me, had always been the best part of Sports Illustrated. I was sad to see him leave.

If you haven't already, pick up a copy of his book "Road Swing." It's a few years old, but I re-read it again while on spring break. It had me nearly-in-tears laughing for a few days.

Definitely a good read. He has such a unique style-talented guy. His commencement speech at MU was phenomenal too.

I couldn't agree more.  He was always my favorite too.  He tweeted today that he will have a weekly article every Wednesday on SI.com.  Great news.
