Surprising story, but not shocking. Outstanding shooter and similar to Novak in other basketball skills. His mother was vividly visible at all home games in her Wildcat gear and travelled as well following the team. Maybe there is more to the story and maybe not. At NU, the jocks are students first, and athletes second.

I'm shocked, and a little pissed..., few things put a smile on my face like Northwestern giving UW at Madison a good thumping.   It's possible I may get that treat in all sports except men's bball this year.
Would have had a great team.

We probably shouldn't be talking about face to face bad news stuff since MU did something very similar where we acted in the same manner.  Just sayin'

I choose to reserve my judgement on that manner. Slowly but surely there will be word that squeaks out about what really happened. Look at how many people looked like idiots in regards to the Maymon manner, its the ol' "innocent until proven guilty."
