alright sultan, you're right, he doesn't have to say anything. ?-( however, that would'nt be the smartest move.  leaves him wide open, fish in a barrel, broad side of a barn...if you were my pr guy, i'd fire you.  did tiger have to say anything?? they tried at first and look how that turned out

All he has to say is "I tripped and fell in my hotel room."  He has absolutely no reason to go into any circumstances about how it happened.  The Tiger situation is completely different because it happened in public and involved a 911 call.

again mr. sultan, you are right, but univ. west virginia sure is going to want to know what happened as they have a vested interest.  then rumors start flying as they already have.  so playin by your rules may be right, but let's be honest here-it's not going to work out very well in the long run for anyone.  just tell everyone he had a bad reaction to the antabuse and the transvestite he picked up that night got p.o.'d at him for the weak tip and premature ejaculation, spiked his diet coke with jim beam and went boom boom over the coffee table.  there, now that wasn't so hard(no pun intended) now was it??
