Why didn't Newbill submit his application?

This doesn't make sense. Other recruits are already on campus and attending Summer class.

People can only speculate.  Let's not say anything negative about the kid unless we actually know.  Maybe Newbill or Buzz will clear this up some day.  In the end, it really does not matter any more.

Obviously there were factors other than a missed form.  We'll never know the real story, but its been obvious that something was brewing.  No post-seaon story by Rosiak on Newbill.  IWB's hints.  No sign-up for Newbill for the Pro-Am league.

Also, final exams for grade 12 for the Philly school systems ended 6/3 (per a quick google).  Unusual then that DJ would not have been in for the summer session.  Also, rosiak indicated that someone would probably be going to prep school.  Rather obvious who that was. Given that we'll never hear MU's side of the story due to privacy issues, I will give Buzz the benfit of the doubt.  Communictions are a 2 way street.
