Tied in the 5th set, 59 games to 59 games.   Called for darkness.  UNBELIEVABLE.  Will NEVER be done again.

We've had the match on all day because we're doing a special Wimbledon sports mix...absolutely incredible.

That was amazing, compelling tennis.  Isner was a walking zombie but kept finding thunderous serves and massive forehands.  All the props in the world to that dude.  Mahut was fresher and quicker, but he couldn't get it done.  Shame it couldnt end.

FTFY...The match actually started Tuesday.  They played the first four sets Tuesday evening before the match was suspended for darkness.  Picked up the fifth set today and played another 7:06 today.  That fifth set alone was longer than the previous record for longest match (6:33).

Wow.

Isner finally dumped the frenchie 70-68.

Isner is supposed to play in a doubles match in about a half an hour.
