No.  That team would burn out in the playoffs.

Jennings
DWade
Wes
Mbah Moute
Bogut

would not be a bad starting line up and doesn't seem that much worse than the one DWade won the championship with in Miami.

I'll settle for drafting Lazar and call it a day, the others would never happen

If Lebron signs with Chicago, then Matthews is pretty ideal to sign as a guard to either start and make Hinrich 6th man, or come off the bench.  Wes plays d and hits open shots and is relatively cheap to sign.  It'd be great to get him close to MU and probably playing in June on that squad.

Instead of that, how about Wade just sign with Chicago? Home grown backcourt with Wade and Rose would definitely compete for titles, and obviously be good for MU recruiting if you believe in that sort of thing (or maybe IU recruiting?  ?-()

Wade has mentioned over and over again that he HATES the cold. He has already mentioned Chicago is not ideal just because of the weather....even despite his roots.

I seriously hope Wade goes anywhere but Chicago.

Derrick Rose makes the city a little warmer for him... I'd just be interested in seeing Wade on a team he didn't have to throw on his back for 82 games.

This is dumb.

It isn't like they play 82 games in Miami.

Have you ever been to Chicago?  EVERYONE here hates the cold.  What keeps many of us warm at night is knowing that we get paid a lot more to do our jobs here than we would in just about any southern city.  If the same holds true for D-Wade, he'll don a Bulls uni in a heartbeat.
Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

I think everyone made a huge deal about this free agent signing period and the biggest free agent to move will be Bosh or Joe Johnson.

And come on now, who would leave a place like Cleveland after this...

Problem with that is D Wade can make more money in Miami. I say he stays.

My thoughts exactly. IMO, LeBron and D-Wade stay. Bosh goes to Miami. Johnson goes to Chicago (and busts). Knicks end up with Carlos Boozer.

I get out of Miami if Pat Riley is making personnel decisions for the Heat.

If I'm Wade I'm tired of trying to pull that train by myself, need a GM who can add the necessary pieces.

I think Wade would be more willing to resign with Miami if they can nab a player like Boozer or Bosh to team up with him and Beasley. I'm pretty sure Miami has the cap space to make that kind of move.
