Could be bad news.  The MRI will reveal its character.  

Surgery a real possibility.  ACD... maybe F, or could go with Medtronic's Prestige or something similar for potentially better range of motion vs. fusion.  

I predict: Herniated disc at c6-7, maybe some c5-6 issues as well.
