The theme is for the Bucks fans to wear the color of the opponent's uniforms.   It worked pretty well in Game 3...but what marketing genius dreamed that one up??
The shaka sign, sometimes known as "hang loose", is a gesture of friendly intent often associated with Hawaii and surf culture.

Hawks usually wear road blues - they wore their alternate road unis for game 3 - I'm sure not intentionally.
