He is lighting it up against Boston right now 38 points on over 60 percent shooting.  He needs to go somewhere next year where he can get some help.

Ellenson Guerrero

Can't wait to see DWade and DRose in the same backcourt next fall. Talk about getting to the rim at will. Put those two out there with Noah as your rebounder, and sign a few Jason Kapono types and I see a perennial championship contender.

Sorry, biggest pet peeve on this board.

It's Dwyane, not Dwayne.  C'mon Kips.

Wow, I am embarrassed.  Demote me one full star :(

He ended up with 46.
The cast around him is definitely marginal. Beasley can improve and has some moments, but the rest is pretty pathetic: Jermaine ONeal is washed up; the 2 headed PG of Arroyo/Chalmers is marginal; Haslem hustles but is a journeyman and is on the down side of his career; and the rest are role players. Richardson and Wright do provide a little depth.

Riley better get some talent in there quickly--or Wade is gone.

+1, Although I think Miami is hurting their chances with the way Wade's teamates are playing.  They're not just a Chris Bosh away from a championship.  They need more than a few role players as well.

I'm sorry, I've never heard of Dwayne Wade. But I have heard of Dwyane Wade.

I'm a lifelong Bulls fan, and would love to see this happen, but I just don't believe it. Miami can offer him more money, no state taxes, and he already has a championship ring. Down there, the spotlight is his, whereas in Chicago he'd be the main guy, but Rose has already established himself as a star, so there'd be more sharing involved. I expect the Bulls will instead be looking at either Johnson or Boozer.

Granted, totally off this topic...but how great would Lebron and Noah be on the same team? Also won't happen, but I imagine people would just hate playing against that front court, both from a perspective of on-court and trash talking.

Noah is like a Harangody, Hansbrough, etc. You'd love to have him on your team, but easy to hate.

+1 He reminds me of Bill Laimbeer. I used to hate those Pistons teams, and especially Laimbeer, when there was the late 80s rivalry with the Jordan Bulls. But as I got older, I came to respect what Laimbeer did, and it's the reason I love Noah now. He's kind of like a great heel in professional wrestling, like Ted DiBiase or Ric Flair. They work so hard to get inside your head and to be hated, you sort of have to admire them for it, all the while thinking they are complete sons of bitches :D

How the hell can you say you hate to have him on your team?  The guy is a rebounding monster and is getting better with every game.  He brings tons of energy and pumps up the team and fans.  I will agree that he is easy to hate if you don't have him, but to say you hate to have Noah is one of the dumbest comments I have ever heard.

i think some steelers fans hate that raplisberger is on their team. there are some people who aren't worth having around. period. on my list is noah.

Big Ben is scum, yeah I agree that some Steelers fans hate having him now cause he is a headache to have around.  Noah is quite the opposite, yes he can be a loud mouth, but he doesn't rack up technicals like Rasheed Wallace or hurt his teams performance.  He called Cleveland a dump and lets be honest, that place is awful, theres a reason it's nickname is "the mistake on the lake".  Besides, that comment was hilarious.

I remember when Josh Smith said that there was "Nothing to do in Milwaukee" (I'm paraphrasing, of course).

except that there is a LOT to do in Milwaukee.

lets not take what ignorant folks say as gospel.

I think the difference is that Ben is a scumbag who may be good on the field, but is a lowlife and loser off of it. Noah is a trash-talker who really doesn't do much offensive off the field (yeah, the old marijuana charge, but that is NOT the same as rape) but does plenty of good on it and is great at getting into the heads of his opponents.

I hope he spends his entire career in a Bulls uniform. I hated the pick when he was drafted because I never thought he'd make the next level transition, but he has worked hard to legitimize himself as one of the best rebounders in the league, and is brilliant for great sound bites.

GoldenWarrior

1.  I'm from Cleveland
2.  Die hard CLE sports fan... yes even before LBJ
3.  I thought Noah's comments were hilarious, especially the "It's all factories" portion
4.  Cleveland is actually a nice place in some regards and not so nice in others, but generally is a great place to raise a family... night life and "big city" atmosphere not so much, which is what visiting NBA players look for...
5.  Noah is better than I thought he would be in the NBA, but still isn't THAT good
6.  The entire Heat roster is expiring contracts except for Wade and Beas I believe, so he'll have a chance to get those "other guys" around him once more
