This was on the UK board.

How do you think this will sit with the cats?

Hire Cal for a fortune.

Dump players.

Bring in players that could end up having the season vacated.

Don't win, anyway.

Cal leaves immediately for more money.

NCAA starts looking closely at Wall, Bledsoe, Cousins.

Good job, UK. Stay Classy.

Am I insane or is it REALLY REALLY stupid for WWW to be an officially licensed/approved/whatevered agent?  Even if he's in the coaches "division", he's still an agent, which makes his ability to be in contact with HS/college players EXTREMELY limited.

He will serve as an agent for coaches, not players. I dont believe he will have to get certified through the NBPA the way an aspiring player agent would.

The way I see this playing out...WWW continues to funnel players to the coaches he represents and when it is time for them to turn pro, they sign with other CAA player agents.

As for John Wall, it will be interesting to watch his agent battle play out.  You have the CAA guys and their connection to WWW. But his handler, Brian Clifton (a certified agent) still holds alot of influence.

That's a real spirit/letter of the law situation.

WWW runs sh*t. He was sitting behind the UK bench all tournament.
