It means there's CBS, the national broadcast network, and then there's CBS College Sports, the cable channel.  Buzz is on the 2nd one.

Buzz and Dixon are beating up Norm Roberts, while Erin Andrews and Hannah Storm are jello wrestling.  But I can't really hear what they're saying because a resurrected Keith Moon is beating the crap out of his drums and it's really loud.
So, nothing really to see.
