SLU actually had a solid year and I'm shocked they didn't get an NIT bid.  I don't think an NCAA bid is too far away for that program actually... incredibly young with some decent talent coming in.

You're exactly right.  Majerus has turned this program around and they will only get better. Young team, best defense against the 3 in the country and fun to watch.   I don't blame in for "whining" about not getting a bid.

Realistically, if you look at that program and understand you gotta crawl before you can walk, I'd complain too. He has every right too. We may be spoiled in that we got a great, moderately-sized Jesuit institution here in Milwaukee that's been to five straight tourneys. Take us outta the big east and who knows where we'd be today if that didn't happen.

The guy's trying to build something there and I don't blame him.
