Marquette VS Louisville game

I was at the game and wanted to thank all the Marquette fans that I talked with. Didn't care for the "Louisville sucks" chant,  but it was nice to see you guys really support your team.
I was wondering what you guys thought of the Refs in this game?
I know a lot of our fans thought they were really picking on our inside players especially Padgett.
I have been to this game the last 5 years and every year it gets better and better. See you next year!

I remeber bitching about 1 foul the entire game when an MU player got bumped real hard in the lane and lost the ball, that was bad.  Thought it was pretty well called.  The fouls on Padget were all total fouls, his third was iffy, maybe, but James either did get hit pretty good or did a good job acting ..he went down hard and his upper body flew back.  The 4th was originally questionable, and watching the replay Jarvis said it was a bad call.  But then watching the replay he grabbed Barro's uniform with both hands and yanked him down, with a ref standing right there unobstructed.  Padgett's decison making with 3 fouls was questionable but the call was not

We all noticed it was all one ref making the ticky-tac calls. Maybe he just wanted to be the game.

I thought L-ville played well and moved the ball very well.  For the refs, I don't think they cost us the game but I thought caracter set a moving screen on almost every offensive set.  While Jarvis complained each time Caracter was whistled for a foul, I thought Caracter should have fouled out of the game.  But it was a tough game to call.

Agreed, 'Card. I thought the game was called very tightly. What ever happened to "let 'em play"? This is the BIGEAST!
