He can't be satisfied.  We still haven't beat anyone higher than us in the standings now that Louisville is behind us.

:D   I would totally roll if he somehow forgot that he originally said that about this game and makes the same comment later when they are talking about potential seeding for the tourney.

Nope...can't satisfy Gottleib.  We are just an average team that happened to drop 20 on L-ville.

Who cares?   20 wins, 11 in-conference speaks for itself.   Looking for validation from that guys is pointless.

St John's blew out Louisville, and they are a below average team.

Mayor McCheese

Louisville quite possibly could be the most inconsistent team in the NCAAs.

With that speaking, I think this game makes us a lock, even in Gottleib's eyes

Congratulations!   I didn't think you could do it, but you managed to find the slightest dark cloud behind the silver lining.    21 point beatdown means nothing because SJU beat them, too.    You rock!

Doug said Buzz should be National Coach of the Year on Sportscenter this morning.

I'm pretty sure this guy lets out a kidney stone every single morning.  There is no way someone can be that negative without some other variables factoring in.

MU beat a team that was not ranked.  If you want to jump for joy like Buzz, then go right ahead.  It was a good win, but to pretend it was anything extraordinary is ridiculous.

I'm sure MU will get their chance to beat a ranked team in the NCAA's.  That would be a reason to celebrate, imo.

You say "beat a team that was not ranked".  I say "dismantled a fellow bubble team when it could not matter more".

That's also very true.  And it was satisfying since MU has really struggled vs Louisville at the Bradley Center.

And Ville beat Syracuse-the number one team in the nation-in the Carrier dome.

You're dumb you hack.

That's quite the turnaround from his comments the other day.
